Muhammad Momen, MD is the Medical Director, President of Medical Staff, Chair of the Medical Executive Committee, and Director of CME at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare located in Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Momen is also an active member of the medical staff at Regency Hospital in Cleveland East and West, Mercy Regional Hospital in Lorain and University Hospital Parma General Hospital and runs a private practice with group in Solon, Ohio.

In addition to his job at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, Dr. Momen is a Senior Instructor for MetroHealth Medical Center in the Psychiatry Department at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at University of Toledo Health Center, St. Matthews University, and Northeast Ohio Medical University. He led the implantation of Project “DAWN” across all regional psychiatric hospitals in Ohio for Opiate Abuse patients who are admitted with co-morbid mental illness and provided a presentation at the Private-Public Hospital Collaborative Conference in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Momen currently serves as the President of the Executive Council of Chagrin Valley Islamic Center in Solon, Ohio and formerly served as Secretary General of Bangladesh New Zealand Friendship Society in Auckland, New Zealand and was a Founding Member of Overseas Doctor’s Association in New Zealand. While he did his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), in Bangladesh he participated in community outreach programs in rural and impoverished areas.
